L' Alchimiste - Genappe

My third visit to The Palate of Flavor – a true alchemy of spices! The experience was delightful, starting with olives to accompany my cocktail, hot and crispy bread, and a trio of briouates as an appetizer. My companion enjoyed the sweet chicken couscous while I savored the lamb tajine with prunes for my main course, paired with a small glass of rosé. To end the meal, we indulged in the essential mint tea with orange blossom. Every bite was a pleasure, even though we ate too much! It was an exciting evening and we will definitely be back. The only downside was the service, which at times felt cold and unwelcoming. However, by making the effort to communicate, we were able to see the owner's demeanor soften into a big smile. Thank you once again and see you soon.

The decor is beautiful. We enter the maghreb as soon as we go in the restaurant. dishes are a real culinary discovery. We'll go back to discover the rest of the card!
