Contribuisci feedbackAn easy place to get good ice cream. There is a bit of seating inside and a few wooden tables with benches outside. But most people just come get their ice cream and go. It is mainly a place well-known by locals. If you were to come by for gas you wouldn't suspect they have nice ice cream. You can get other snacks and coffee to go as well, similar to most gas stations.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Because I go in somewhat often, many of them recognize me and it feels like a very hometown situation going on. The ice cream is good too. They give you a lot for the price!
I love going here for ice cream but they left someone their alone who doesn?t know what their doing.. I asked for a twist I didn?t know it was going to be smushed in a bowl with the cone stuck in it.. I refused to have it because it?s not what I?m paying for. The bf felt bad and bought it even tho he hates chocolate twist and bought it And threw it away after. She said I can do it 3 more times but it?s going to come out the same I only have been here 3 months and don?t know how to work the machine?????! And the other thing we charge for a medium even though there wasn?t even enough ice cream in there to call in a medium it was more of a small
I?m from Brooklyn and there?s a certain taste you look for in your pizza and these guys have it down pat. They aren?t expensive like the other guys here in Geneseo and the customer service is great. Haven?t had a bad experience yet
If there was a zero star option I would chose that. Ordered two ice creams, one medium twist and one small soft chocolate both with chocolate sprinkles. They were both completed messed up. The lady (very rude btw) remade both THREE times and they still weren?t correct. They were both smalls. After I paid they decided to tell me I couldn?t get the ice cream in a cone because the machine was producing it too soft. At this point she was giving us a lot of attitude so we just took what she gave us and left. If you can?t comprehend two ice cream orders then do one at a time and if you know you can?t fulfill an cone order, don?t let the customer order it in the first place. This place has gone down hill. Train your employees better on customer service and how to do their job.
