The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top ratings of 5. I particularly enjoyed the Sorbet, Doughnut, and Pistachio Gelato dishes and would recommend trying them.
Wow. Amazing place. You might enter a sugar coma just walking in to this place... but it would be worth it. Pictures don't do it justice. The chocolates are delicious, coffee is good, and the atmosphere is fun. Kid-friendliness: Definitely bring the kids... just try to keep them from licking the walls. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
I visited the restaurant today and ordered a quiche Lorraine. Unfortunately, it was soggy and tasteless. I have had better quiche at Baker’s Square, which is disappointing. When I raised my concerns with the woman working there named ALLISON, she was unable to provide a refund or exchange for another item. She mentioned leaving a note for the manager/owner as she did not know how to process a refund. Despite being polite, I did not receive any resolution. The $10 quiche was overpriced for its poor quality. I was surprised to learn that this place was featured on the Food Network. It seems like this establishment may only be good for lattes or coffee, rather than food. Additionally, my friend ordered a traditional macchiato and was met with rudeness when the same employee questioned their knowledge of the drink. It is clear that this individual may not be suited for customer service. Lastly, we requested a cup of water and were told that they do not offer it, which was disappointing.
I didn't try any food or chocolate so ill give it 5 stars as they're not known for coffee. With that said, THE COFFEE IS TERRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE. Do not go here if you're looking for just coffee. Over $7 for a 16oz Latte and it was one of the worse.
There are a plethora of amazing options available at this restaurant. We arrived around 2:30 on a Saturday, during a lull between rushes, and were able to find a cozy spot to sit and savor the gelato. My personal favorite is the frozen chocolate and a classic cookie. The service was top-notch, with a rating of 5. We dined in for lunch and found the price per person to be very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5.
