This is my visit time here because I am visiting family. Then when I got to the window you could tell they enjoyed their job because both people were smiling and happy to help. We need more workers like this in the world. I would drive hours for this kind of service. By the way this is the first review I have ever wrote EVER or wanted to write.
Had to wait 20 minutes in line inside to order and there was only 3 of us standing to order. No reason people should have to wait that long to oree
I ordered four steak biscuits and got home and found three steak and a bacon egg and cheese. Not what I ordered! Too expensive to get it wrong! Well, I guess I never learn. Once again ordered two steak biscuits and got a steak and a bacon egg and cheese. Be better!
I went to the location in Geneva and I order medium fries and drink with my order and the cashier put down small and when I told her about it she just shrugged and said she couldn't do anything about it because she already cashed me out
I won't be surprised when this place closes. I ordered a 10 piece strip with a small fry and a small coleslaw. The slaw was priced $1.59 on the drive-thru menu and they charged me $2.79 for it and small was an understatement. I only received 8 regular strips an 2 nuggets. The nuggets were smaller than the top of the dipping sauce. I assume they didn't have enough so they cut one in half to make 10. Then there is the sauce. I asked for 4 sauceses and despit them being on the receipt I only received 1 sauce. No spoon or fork to eat my tiny over charged slaw. Oh, no napkins either. The strips tasted like they had been sitting there a long while, cold and chewy. The girl at the window seemed dazed an confused on how to perform her job. We have been by at breakfest and the girl, Jamie, is Chick-fil-A quality, but she's the only one.
