Contribuisci feedbackThe staff needs to focus more on the orders they prepare. They seem distracted and don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. It's important for them to concentrate on their work and not let other things interfere while they’re on the job.
I ordered a chicken finger sub, toasted with lettuce, tomato, and onion, along with a side of medium sauce. Unfortunately, I received the sub without any tomatoes or sauce. For $19, it was a pretty bland experience.
I have been a frequent customer for quite some time, and I’ve noticed a decline in quality over the years. More often than not, the food takes a long time to arrive, and when it does, it’s usually lukewarm or even cold. While there have been a few decent experiences, I have found that it has been disappointing more often lately. I might consider giving it another chance in the future, but for now, I’m not really impressed.
Alright, you probably wonder why I gave this great little Pizzeria 5 stars? Well, we were stopping overnight in Geneva and passing through downtown when my wife saw this corner pizza joint. We were feeling like some pizza! Takeout. OK, so we stoppedand went in. The owner, Mark, was very cool. Told us what the choices for slices were at the moment and we got two huge slicesof pepperoni pizza. OK then I asked if by chance he served up fries too? He does! So I get a fresh order of fries to goalso. Alright... so we get back to our room, open up the pizza boxes and dig in. Man the pizza was just like when I was growingup in Chicago! Perfect crust.... lottsa delicious tomato sauce, thick portions ah da cheeze and enough pepperoni to go aroundthose slices! It tasted like honest mouthwatering, pizza joint pizza I LOVED! It was so good. The flavor was spot on! OK. Thenwe got to the fries. So I can imagine what you folks who live in Geneva might be thinking now........ Man those fries werePERFECT. They were hands down the best freakin' fries I've ever had. I mean it. I've had a lotta fries. Fries from so manydifferent places, in so many different places, but these were wonderful. We didn't even want to put anything on these goldentaste treasures! Nothin'! Just the fries, straight up. They crunched, then melted in my mouth. Ok, youze guys in Geneva gotsome ah da' best fries in the country. So the Finger Lakes region has some pretty decent wines ? but you gotta try Mark'sPizzeria fries. They ARE the best in the region. Thanks Mark, I'll be back.
The staff needs to focus more on accurately preparing and assembling orders. They often seem distracted, which affects the quality of their work. It's important for them to prioritize their tasks while on the job instead of being preoccupied with other matters.
