Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we were both pleasantly satisfied. Our server, Jeffrey, was a joy to have. He knew a lot about the menu and answered all of our questions. The homemade brioche loaf was an explosion of flavor and literally melts in your mouth. My lady got the short rib and I got the halibut, both were delectable. 5 stars all around. Cheers! Excellent choice for that special dinner, and even better for the not so special ones. In fact, it will make those even more memorable. Very nice bar area, wonderful wine selection and hundreds of whiskeys to choose from. Niche does a great job of providing an upscale dining experience in a casual setting. Nothing is over the top, except the food. Service is timely and friendly. Appetizers were very nice, in using the Niche burger which almost makes a meal. The halibut and seared lamb entrees were perfect. Niche is centrally located, worth the walk if you're staying in town. You won't be sorry you tried it.
