Ponderosa Steakhouse - Geneva

I hadn't been to Ponderosa since I was a child! I didn't realize there was one nearby that I could drive to. It's definitely a nice place, the food was good, and I will definitely go back. It brought me back to my childhood.

I was in Ponderosa for a long time and it was as big as I remembered!!! Love the buffet! I wish I had 2 stomachs!!! LOL

There are so many options and the buffet is amazing! I have loved this place since I was a kid!

Only had the buffet, normal food, if I could make a menu for the buffet!

This restaurant is a great spot with generally good food. The staff is always friendly, but it seems like there are not enough of them. Every time I have visited, it has been difficult to find a table as there are only about 2 waitresses trying to serve all the tables. They also seem to run low on dishes and silverware, and the food runs out quickly, resulting in long waits for more to be brought out. On my most recent visit, a lot of the food was overcooked and many of the desserts were burnt.
