Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Geneva

I’ve been twice and they got the order wrong each time. Also employee at the window was not friendly at all. This business is not going to last as long as your employees don’t take pride in what they are doing. They all need customer service training.

False advertisement (meal said $7.99 on drive thru menu but was $9.29 at the window)...I ordered small so it should have been the least expensive option! Over $10 after taxes for about a $4 meal. Chicken was small and undercooked, fries were soggy and biscuit was pathetic! I eat at Popeye 's in Dothan regularly and it has never been like this! Service: Take out

The employees dont really wanna be there. They will stop selling chicken 30 before closing time. The food is good, when you are able to purchase. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely Terrible! 3rd time trying to visit, no answers the intercom at the drive thru and no one can ever order! I have others tell me the same thing, this is Absolutely the worst Popeyes ever and by far the worst food place in Geneva, AL! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Service is absolutely horrible. Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes got the wrong order. I went back through drive-thru since their lobby was not open and sat at the speaker this time for 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order. I finally just drove off because no one was answering the speaker.
