Taco Madre - Geneva

Absolutely fantastic! You order at the counter, and your meal is delivered right to your table. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy your meal. There's an excellent selection of dishes, and everything is as delicious as it looks in the photos on their website. I tried the three-taco combo, which included the Mayan taco, Al Pastor, and carnitas. The tacos tasted incredibly fresh, with well-marinated ingredients and tender meat that had minimal gristle—much better than what you find at some other places with lower-quality offerings. My father ordered the shrimp fajitas, and they were just as impressive, packed with plenty of shrimp and grilled peppers and onions, all bursting with flavor. The horchata was nice, although a little on the sweet side for my taste; I preferred the pina colada, which was refreshing with free refills! I can’t wait to return and sample more items from their menu!

There are plenty of taco options available, and we tried four different varieties, all of which we loved. The rice and beans were great as well. One order was sufficient for the two of us to share. The space is small, so expect a cozy dining experience, which also gave us a chance to see what others were enjoying. The staff was very friendly during our visit. We will definitely return!

The salsa for the chips was delicious, and the rice was very good. The beans were a little salty but still tasty. My torta was excellent, the burrito was delightful, and the taco was also delicious. They offered two additional salsas: a green tomatillo salsa and a red chipotle salsa, both of which I loved. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Absolutely amazing food and service! I'll definitely be adding this to my list of regular places to visit!

We are visiting from Iowa and dined there after church yesterday with our son and family. I had the soft-shell fish taco and the hard-shell American taco, both of which were excellent! Not a single complaint from our group of seven. It was very family-friendly, and the prices were reasonable! The chips and salsa were fresh and crispy, just the way we like them. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Our family in Geneva is already planning to visit you again soon!
