The service is optimal, the quality of the ingredients, the savors, the dressing of the plates, seasonal products, the view, the seating a bliss!!!!...We will go back to enjoy again Geneva’s best culinary talent creations
We went there with other friends and sat by the window. Great view from the lake and the Montblanc during sunset. Service was attentive. Food was tasty and creative. Great experience.
Eating was excellent, but the service had several inconsistent elements. at the beginning of dinner, when we were given menus to see, I was (a woman) apprehended when I realized that my male ess accompanyer had a menu with praise, while my menu didn't...has prices. is this restaurant really so outdated that women have different menus? I found this incredible offensive and sexist. this is the 21st century, please at the end of the meal when we were paid, I used my credit card and asked by the waiter whether I wanted to leave a tip for the personal. I am more than happy to leave tips in the usa and other countries where this is the use. but in my whole time in the Swiss I realized that drinking money is not expected, and this is the only restaurant that has ever mentioned. Maybe they were shocked that a woman paid? Perhaps they wanted to use an American tourist? we also noticed other tables got a small bag of chocolate to take home at the end of the meal. we never have ours. I'm sure it was just a mistake, but for a place with a Michelin star I expect it better. these problems with the service are a real scandal because eating is exceptional. we made the 8-speed tasting menu. the tomato remover was one of the most creative dishes I had. the bauernhof ei curs was also a highlight incredible aromen and texture. I enjoyed the potato capuccino. the cheese car was a nice note, as we had to taste new cheeses according to our preferences. the wine pairing led us to interesting Swiss weeping during our meal. a negative point on the drinks, although we started with a champagne aperitif, that was simply veuve clicquot. while high end and tasty, it is less original than I would have hoped for from a place of this caliber. overall had a nice night, but the separate women's menu and the fact that it found it appropriate to use the benefits of Americans, I would never return or recommend this restaurant to others.

We had the underwriting menu of the cook and all the dishes were fabulous. perfect cooking, seasoning, taste, presentation and the cook uses local and mostly seasonal products. one of the best 1 Michelin star restaurants we were.
