Moevenpick Ice Cream Gallery - Genève

Outside seating overlooking the lake. Some indoor seating. Very busy ice cream parlour with a wonderful selection of ice cream.

I have previously reviewed this place based on the first time i had visited. However, i have visited 3 times since then and am appalled at the service and cleanliness. Firstly, the tables were not cleaned at all and were completely sticky from previous ice cream. Secondly, we had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our order, when i resorted to going in and ordering at the counter, the staff was extremely rude to me and said that he was busy right now . He was busy speaking to two other customers who had already placed their orders. There were 4 of us and we ordered chocolat chaud meaning HOT chocolate, but it had come so cold that it had started to thicken. Shocked at Movenpick! Will not be visiting again.

Wir lieben Mövenpick Eis, also hat dieser Ort alles. Alle Mövenpick Aromen sowie Dessertteller. Dies ist ein schöner Ort, um im Sommer zu besuchen.

Es ist klein und belegt, aber das Eis ist ein Traum. Es gibt hunderte von Kombinationen und sie machen die Waffeln selbst Zapfen.

Es ist ein schöner Ort und ist nicht protzig. Es bietet eine begrenzte Speisekarte okay gut aus und das Eis ist ziemlich gut. Ok für einen kurzen Stop.
