They offer a good selection of wine with delicious tapas. The ambience is beautiful, but the interior lighting could be improved by removing the small projection lamps.
Most of the good experience sit pretty fast (was not busy when we arrived), quickly ordered a few beers (almost) then as busy everything slower and hard to know who service was. The Arancini was EXCELLENT, but the second order came with wrong sauce (they fixed).
Reasonable wine, lovely terrace, great décor. both times I have been, service was terrible. I seem to have no luck in obtaining a glass of water water for the table. Despite having ordered drinks and food. recommend ordering a charcuterie and cheese plate the chicken we ordered, looked like something so industrial it was hard to tell if it was meat. more like a slab of yellowy coloured plastic. got the bill they served and billed us for wine we did not order in fact a much more expensive wine... were relatively insistent on charging us the full price ... the only attentive time during the experience when the waiter stood uncomfortably close and over the top of me with the bill .. watching me pull money out of my wallet...
It used to be one of my favorite bars in Geneva. The atmosphere is good and the location is great. Tonight we made a drink and a snack. The service was really bad. The bar wasn't even full, but we had to wait over 20 minutes for a dish of cheese and bread. A “Knossoir” from one of the employees when we arrived was the whole policy we experienced. The service was brutal and limited to the injustice. It is not even that this place is cheap (about 10 Swiss francs for a glass of decent but not special wine), but it was clear that the good service and smiles were reserved for people at the tables order bottles of wine and food. When we paid, the waitress didn't even attack or thank us: she just gave us the credit card machine to enter the PIN number, and that was no thanks, smile, nothing. How can people whose salaries are paid by customers who pay them have this kind of posture? When we left the bar, we had to hand over one of the other employees standing near the door, he didn't even have us when we left. I hope other customers have a better welcome than we will not return.
