It was delicious. Service was excellent, and I had fun watching the variety of people walking by the busy...corner from my window table. I have a wheat allergy, and when I asked for suggestions, the waiter was very helpful. The bartender was helpful choosing wine. He suggested a Swiss Pinot that was perfect. They had no-gluten dinner rolls, tasteful olive oil for dipping bread and all was good in the world when this tired, hungry traveler was so well fed. Thank you, Warwick. This was my first time staying with you. I will not only stay with you again, I will also dine with you.
We visited for the Sunday brunch which kicks off at midday. We were greeted with a glass of champagne which was an unexpected treat. The brunch is all inclusive so no extra charge for drinks which often happens in Geneva. The spread and choice was...amazing salads, cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon, steak tartare, raclette, hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, Rosti, etc etc), breads and pastries. And then a massive table of desserts. Really I haven't seen such an impressive array of food anywhere outside of the US. Also the food was great quality and scrumptious. Only problem is that you eat too much, eyes bigger than belly!! Also cost is very good for the quality and choice Chf 45 pp.
Eating is very average. we ordered a lunch package for the day and it was very disappointing, especially for the price, but the service is beautiful and the location is central.
I had a brunch last Sunday and it was very good, a lot of choice, especially sweet side (I love it) the waiter was present without being too much. it was quiet and cozy! I recommend it!
This is the local restaurant des warwick hotel, and it has a large Sunday Swiss brunch (discounts available online), which has a fresh variety of vegetables, as well as Swiss cheese-based classics and decent meat options (salad bar style as well as boiled sausages, etc). Your...dessert selection is also interesting and has a chocolate fountain. service was good, but not amazing, with the occasional dancing the waiter me longer than expected. the lunch and dinner here was quite disappointing, with eating often overcooked or undercooked, and slow service. I am not quite sure why there is such a difference in quality between the brunch and lunch/dinner, but I would say that teseo offers a pleasant enough experience, it can be much better. it has the potential.
