Sweet Coffee Genk

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant for some peace and quiet, until an employee accidentally spilled hot coffee all over my Valentino bag. I was already feeling frustrated and upset after my wife recently left me, taking our children with her. Now I have a ruined Valentino bag and a heavy heart. The employee even had the nerve to tell me to clean up the mess myself, leaving me feeling like my time and money were wasted here.

I went to this restaurant with my family expecting to have a pleasant experience, but the service was terrible, the staff were unfriendly, and the food was not even decent. When we voiced our complaints, we were brushed off and told that nothing could be done. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible and the quality of their coffee is very disappointing. I would not recommend this place at all, I would rather go without food and drink than give them my business. 0/10.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staffs attitude toward customers were unacceptable. Coffee was served hot when asked for iced, and was sweet when intended not to be. Horrible service.

One more 1 star review to add to all the others... The worst place to get some coffee, the place actually misleaded me into think it would be of good quality, did not take long for me to realize I was wrong! Ordered Oreo shock, was literally a cup full of boiled milk and 2 oreos in it. Bueno latte was just as bad. Service wise was just unexpected from what I usually get at other places like that, I wasn't even greeted!! People lack sympathy and happiness over here.
