Gloria Jeans Coffees - Genoa

The coffee here is much better and not as pricey as Starbucks ..it's a well hidden gem and the staff goes above and beyond

While passing through Perrysburg, my fiancé says, Hey I've never had Gloria Jeans Coffees and I had no idea why he made such an odd statement, and I had no idea who Gloria Jean was. I'm glad I found out! After a week long road trip full of just dunkin' donuts lattes, I was so happy to try what I thought was a local coffee shop inside of this plaza. Apparently, Gloria Jeans Coffees are all over this area of the country so it's not necessarily a small business, but it was yummy for sure!!! For reference, I got a medium iced caramel mocha with an extra espresso shot. My fiancé got a loco moco frap. Also, if you're unfamiliar: a small is 16 oz and a medium is 24 oz at this shop. I could've definitely gotten away with a small instead but I can't complain. Great experience and great espresso!

I stopped ordering a particular drink that comes with whipped cream, chocolate, and sweets because the girl seemed to forget half of the order. She just handed it to me and then moved on to the next customer. I didn't want to be rude and apologize since the other guy was chatting with her. I'll just let it go for now, but it's disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at the Istanbul Airport Cafe before my flight to Manchester, thanks to a staff member named Rabia. She was extremely rude and seemed inexperienced for a role in the service industry. I will not be returning there, as her attitude is not suitable for customer service. I hope her managers will reach out to me to discuss what happened.
