Contribuisci feedbackNever got past the appetizers, pretzel bites were deep fried and you tasted everything that was cooked in the deep fryer in the pretzel bites. Also the potato skins were tiny and the toppings were melted to the plate and not on the skins. Probably not going back.
The restaurant was very uncomfortably cold. The food took a very long time to get to the table. Much of the food was cold. Pre-bussing was not done. Drink refills were not happening. This was not a good experience at all.
For our first time we really enjoyed the place. Our food is very good and it didn't take long to get our food. We will definitely be back.
I have been eating at rayz for years not many options in Genoa), the food isn’t horrible and the staff are super friendly! But GOD DAMN WHOEVER IS COOKING THE BURGERS CANT COOK A MEDIUM RARE BURGER TO SAVE HIS OR ANYONES LIFE LMAO. I can order it still moo’ing and no matter what, the burgers all come out well done. Not sure how it’s possible, they can Cook a steak perfectly but not a burger??? Other than that the food is decent! ALSO last time I ate here the appetizers came out with the main course and was COLD. But since there isn’t many options I Will continue to come back and eat but please for the life of god train the cook to make a medium burger. It’s MY FAV FOOD WHEN ITS COOKED RIGHT BUT HAS NEVER BEEN COOKED UNDER WELL WELL DONE HERE :
A little pricey, come down and I'd come more often.
