When we entered the restaurant, the person in charge was busy on the phone and didn't acknowledge us. We took the opportunity to decide what to order. After waiting for 10 minutes and still not being helped, we decided to leave and try Tasty World instead. It turned out to be the best decision we made.

There is only one vegan wrap available, but it is delicious and made with simple, fresh ingredients. It tastes similar to something you would make at home.

I visited Fitchen for a quick salad and was hopeful to find a new favorite salad bar in Ghent. However, I was let down by the limited options and service. It took some convincing to have my salad put in my own container, and the vegan options were only tofu or avocado. Despite my preference to limit soy and avocado, I chose tofu and was disappointed to find a non-vegan sauce on it. While it was quickly replaced, I was concerned about the possible waste. The dressing options were also limited to lemon-olive oil. Overall, the salad was underwhelming and not very tasty. Despite this, Fitchen has announced new vegan options like tempeh and vegan cheese on their Facebook page. I recommend checking it out, but make sure to double check for non-vegan ingredients.

A real Quick as there is no more in France, a pity that there is no child menu. Shut up early, 8:00. Well placed in the middle of the city center of Ghent and well served.
