The Haven Harbour - George Town

Found food I am looking for. But just had my dinner. So order the special salted-egg lava cake and chips. Thought to be a dessert, but the chips was a large portion and tasted great. Lava cake....yummy. The hot choc was full of chocolate aroma n not sweet. The best in town. Now I know where to get a lovely hot choc. I was checking food item on the menu with a staff whom she has worked for few years. She has good knowledge and able to answer my queries. We were encourage to inform the chef our expectation of food prepared, like extra olive oil..or cheese. Looking forward to sample their main course sooner. Recomnended to try out but prepare to pay a bit extra, for the extra portion in the plate.

Good ambience and friendly staff. Had the Big Breakfast (awesome mushrooms, though portion could be bigger lol , Triple Deck (cheesy yumz , and Strawberry Molten Lava (not too heavy which is what I look for in desserts . And how could I forget the Matcha latte which proportions of milk and Matcha taste is just right. I miss some of the food on the old menu though ;

A nice place to dine in, tasty food and good coffee, comfy environment with attentive service. But the matcha lava cake was a bit too sweet for my liking. But still definitely will recommend for others!

This place reminds me of a Gordon Ramsay caffe. Great staff, and even greater food. Went home with a food coma after the truffle fries, egg sluts and chicken wings.
