Blue By Eric Ripert - George Town

My wife and I ate at blue to celebrate her birthday in grand cayman and we were blown away! it is the best dinning experience I ever had and each detail was spectacular. the service was top notch and very attentive, the food was all incredibly delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and stylish. eric ripert is a great name in the food, and blue has been recognized with many awards, and it is all very deserved. if they are looking for the first-class culinary experience on the island, they must give blue a try!

Michelin star level! very unexpected presentations, absolute exquisite aromen. unique experience. it is a must in cayman. what should I expect from the ritz? If you close your eyes, you will feel like in noma yes! That's good!

Be prepared for an exquisite culinary experience. I have almost hated to make photos because it does not do justice. are not in the hurry. Just enjoy. we were here for 3 hours and enjoyed every second.

The meal was excellent. we had the four cursor meals. the service was top notch. this is a nice culinary experience.

The best fine dining experience ever!!! Ever other course was better than the previous one which was incredible!
