Bistro Cafe - Georgetown

The restaurant is overpriced and lacks quality. The atmosphere is hyped up but not impressive, and it seems to have limited seating as a marketing strategy to create a sense of urgency. The restaurant is on par with the hotel, which also does not meet expectations. I do not trust the reviews for the hotel, as my negative review was deleted and cannot be found publicly.

I absolutely loved it! The service was excellent, the food was fresh, and they offered a variety of local drinks. The selection of well-prepared meats, including lamb, pork, and burgers, was impressive. I celebrated a birthday there and the waitress was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed the service at this restaurant. The portion sizes were generous for the prices. The food was very tasty and nicely plated. Despite arriving without a reservation, the staff was quick to seat us and were very accommodating.

Personally one of my visits to Guyana and a must to visit when you are in Guyana. The Bistró offers food for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast I believe. Her food never disappointed me with the portions and taste. The servers at the Waterloo branch are my favorite, they are always attentive and helpful especially my guy Stephen (don't forget to tap! .
