The Mrs. had the Thanksgiving spread . It had all the flavours you 'd want with that name. The outer crust balanced out the textures and made every bite enjoyable. It was accompanied by a mac and cheese. The taste was good but the local cheese tends to have a lot of oil(Not much you can really do about that). I had the short ribs and that came with a sesame noodle. The short rib was tender and seasoned but I found the noodle a little bland. All in all, it was a nice meal. The banana foster, oh wow! That was one of the best dessert I 've had in a while. I was recently misled by another establishment regarding a banana dessert and this redeemed my faith in desserts. If we hadn 't gotten the cassava, we would have shared a 2nd banana foster for sure. My only negative is that it seems like the extractor /exhaust system never seems to work and you always come out of there smelling. If we lived closer,I 'd order for take away. I really enjoy the food, I just don 't like smelling like it for the rest of the day.
Good angel hair pasta with shrimp tomato and basil. Friendly, clean and tidy with reasonable prices.
Visited with friends for restaurant week. None of the items were available on menu for the restaurant week lunch, service was extremely lacking and poor and although what we ordered tasted well, we waited well over a hour to be served.
This restaurant offers a variety of unique dishes with different flavors. The portions are on the smaller side, but the prices are reasonable. The food is very spicy, so be cautious if you are sensitive to heat. You can always request for the spiciness to be toned down slightly.
This restaurant claims to be 'vegetarian friendly ' so when I arrived there around 8pm a week or so before Xmas, I looked at the menu and there was one vegetarian starter and one vegetarian main dish, neither of which sounded appetizing. When the waiter was asked whether the chef could provide some more interesting options there was a stark 'no ' and both items on the very limited menu were again referred to by the waiter. I decided to leave this restaurant and certainly would not recommend any vegetarian to go there.
