I explained that I only wanted one side of guacamole on my rice, but he was quite rude and insisted they would take some guacamole back. I'm just an older woman trying to place a straightforward order, and I was made to feel embarrassed in front of a group of high school students who were witnessing the whole ordeal. I raised my hand to try and diffuse the situation and eventually left the establishment. I was clear in my request for a "side of rice and a side of guacamole," so it was frustrating to be treated this way. The staff clearly lacks proper training, and instead of feeling valued, I felt humiliated. As someone on a fixed income, I appreciate honest pricing, and I don't expect to be treated poorly. This experience was disappointing, and shame on the restaurant and the manager for their lack of professionalism. They really need to address their training issues if they want to maintain a good reputation. Shame on Chipotle!
When I saw my order come out, I tried to get the attention of a worker at the register, shouting, “SIR, MY ORDER IS BACK HERE!” The same worker had seen the other customer receive their order before me but didn’t say anything, which was shocking. I wanted to bring this to the manager's attention, given what I had witnessed. What made it worse was seeing the same staff member who had prepared food then briefly help at the register while wearing gloves. When a customer had an issue with a voucher, this worker touched the customer’s phone with the same gloves and then went back to preparing food. This is completely unacceptable. A bit of customer service would have made a huge difference in my experience. It's also important to maintain proper hygiene practices, especially in a restaurant setting. The vegetarian options on the menu looked good, but I won’t be returning to this place again.
0 stars. Avoid ordering online if you can. They skimp on everything. The rice was definitely old and was served in clumps. I should have checked the reviews beforehand, as it looks like this is a common issue here.
You definitely don't know how to roll a burrito. It was like eating a Burrito dish. The manager and the big boss also talked to the staff about how they work in the lobby. If you talk about the performance of employees, it should be private, not in front of all customers!
It seems like every time I get food delivered from this store my dasher is stuck waiting at the store for more than 15 minutes. Also, the portions are way off compared to other chipotles. I think this all has something to do with new management because I used to never have these issues.
