I am a current guest and enjoy my stay, but not plan to return because the dame that identified itself as a corporate manager. this hotel stay is my Mother's Day gift because we have a 4 months old home and the only thing I wanted was a good aftertruth (certain that others would understand.) because of kovid and with a child I don't get much out so that this was a special tasty bite. Although my man offered to pay for any hotel in austin, I chose georgetown because we live here and as a local entrepreneur I wanted to support another local business. he could not buy an upgrade pool view king room and added the discover Georgetown package that is bkfst for 2 and a late checkout (if available) while the dame at check-in was pleasant and willing to work with me to change my package from bkfst to dinner when I came back to ask about the late checkout, making the company manager a big night she could not just say that I checked in less than 30 minutes before and the person who checked me directly with the restaurant manager to approve the switch. despite my and the coworker who told her this, the company manager made a big show to call the restaurant manager again because she had to clear it herself. it was surprising to be treated and I felt bad for the hired because she treated us both as if we were lying. Besides, she couldn't understand why I didn't want to eat at the buffet, maybe because of a lasting pandemic and 2 babies. she also made a point to say that I had already received a free upgrade to a pool view room when in the did my reservation shows that my mann paid for this updated room option. the positive thanks to ben, the manager of brix and ale that I can enjoy a solo dinner instead of the buffet breakfast, because I did not eat at the buffet with a baby and 2 years at home, as the pandemic began. I wish I had taken my man on his offer to go out and spent our $357 in a hotel like the fairmont or w hotel, where I would probably have been better treated for my mother's day cursed.
Selected this property as the host hotel for my cousin's wedding. Was impressed with the service provided by Dustin and his willingness to assist our family. The property is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is visiting the Georgetown area. My room met my expectations. I left my company issued laptop at home and was able to complete several hours of work on the computers provided by the hotel within the lobby. I would recommend this property to business travelers, families, solo travelers, and couples. The only downfall was my inability to swim in the pool and exercise in the fitness center. A very memorable experience!
We visited a high time in a weinberg about 20 miles north of georgetown, Texas. this was the best hotel in georgetown, so most guests stayed here. the hotel was quite new, but like most hotels they lacked personal. as platinum elite Bonvoy member was the agent of the recipe new and was not informed about some of the advantages of our status, so we were placed in one of the smallest rooms in the house. that was in order, but it disappointed my wife, as there was only one chair in the room. we used the bar for evening drinks in front of the bed, which was well done. their VIP lounge was open for water and coffee, but not for breakfast or evening drinks. the recipe said they didn't have any employees to care for them. this was also disappointing, as most other hotels in which we have been in january were again normal.
We loved this hotel, except one day we didn't have hot water. We complained to the desk in the morning, but still cold in the evening. When we complained again, they fixed it right away. Not sure if it were that easy why it wasn't fixed before. But otherwise, we stayed here 3 days and enjoyed the trail out back and the restaurants around the area. We walked the trail and saw many deer and other wildlife. Excellent access to hiking area!
