Milano Trattoria - Georgetown

The second time I visited this restaurant, my order was incorrect. Despite the disappointing experience, the food was delicious and the server was kind enough to fix the mistake. Unfortunately, on my previous visit, they had not taken my allergies into consideration. This time, I made sure to clearly specify my order over the phone: spaghetti with marinara sauce. To my surprise, the dish came covered in cheese. When we went to collect the corrected order, the server was rude and my partner had to raise his voice at the chefs. This poor customer service experience has led me to decide not to return to this restaurant.

My family and I were traveling and randomly chose this restaurant for lunch. It was worth it - the entrees were delicious and the service was great. We have tried other American Italian cuisine before, but this place was exceptionally tasty and each dish tasted authentic. The cannoli filling was fantastic! We are so pleased with our experience and will definitely be returning with the family.

It was a lovely day, so we asked if we could sit outside and the hostess said yes. However, they forgot about us and we waited 15-20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We had to call to remind them that we were sitting outside and waiting. The waitress eventually came out and took our drink and food order. When the waitress brought our drinks, she apologized for forgetting about us. The bruschetta was delicious and the Caesar salad was also good. We ordered a signature pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and Canadian bacon, but it had a strange smell and taste. After a few bites, we realized we couldn't eat it and asked our waitress if we could get something else. We were able to order a different dish and the chicken parmigiana was much better.

Always enjoy our meal there! I usually get her butternut quash ravioli with a cream sauce. it is excellent. they bring a desert floor. I always tell myself to order one of their cripples, but at the end always cream crimp. one of these times.

Started with bruschetta and a Cesar side salad. Yummy!! Then feasted on Veal Scallopini with a delicious tomato basil sauce and mozzarella along with perfect linguine. Finished with a very wonderful Italian cake for dessert. I will recommend this restaurant to others. We shall return and try more great food. Nicely prepared and plated. Truly a nice place to take my wife out for a great birthday meal. Thanks chef and staff!
