I watched them misplace the order, and then when they finally found where one of the kids put the order sticker, they still managed to get it wrong. I didn't even complain to them or tell them it was wrong because I waited way too long to get my drink than I should have to begin with. There wasn't any coordination. Maybe it was who was on shift? But it was bad. Also, it was very crowded inside because they were taking a very long time with everyone's drink, and the line outside was long. I watched them lose coordination each time a person came in. I recommend you go to another Starbucks. Service: Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Might be the sweetest staff of Baristas in the greater outlying Austin area. Even when they get a new staff member,it is like the kind, friendly, happy attitude and contagious amongst the crews. They are all amazing. Visit this Starbucks
Love this location, the other locations in Georgetown need to follow there lead. I have nothing but terrible experiences at the wolf ranch location and I will never go there again. Even when this location shut down due to the pandemic, I just did without Starbucks cause I refuse to go to the other location. Also hats off to the workers there providing great coffee, at a time like this. I forget the Boss Lady’s name but she knowns who this crazy Asian person is, And I want to say thank you to her and her amazing crew for always providing great service!!!
My name is Roxanne, and I just visited your location. I had an incredible experience at 11:30 on March 24, 2021. There was a gentleman working who was absolutely wonderful! His kindness and cheerful demeanor really brightened my day. I appreciated his genuine conversation and enthusiasm for his job. You truly rock! Thank you, Starbucks, for hiring such amazing and kind employees!
I hate to say it, but I've actually grown to like Starbucks despite my long-standing criticism of them. The only time I visit is with my wife, as I'm completely lost when it comes to their menu and ordering process. The names and sizes of the drinks seem like an entirely foreign language to me—one I've never bothered to learn. I have to give credit to the baristas; they really know what they're doing!
