Taco Cabana - Georgetown

We got black bean tacos. They don’t have beyond at this location.

I typically order a cabana bowl with black beans, rice, lettuce (I can’t remember if that’s in there), tomato, and guacamole. I typically add some pico. Nothing amazing. Service is ok. Place is mostly clean. Price is right. Quick and easy option for my omnivore family.

They have a taco plate with 2 black bean tacos, ask for no cheese, rice and black beans on the side, a dollop of guacamole and extra tortillas for $5. Ask for salsa and pico de gallo and cilantro. A lot of good food that is very affordable. They make the black beans from scratch. When you could eat inside and they had the salsa bar we would order sides of black beans, rice, guacamole and tortillas and assemble our own. Updated from previous review on 2022-02-12

I had the crispy beyond meat taco plate and it was very good I thought, especially for fast food. 2 crispy beef tacos {minus cheese}, guac is vegan. I made 2 extra soft tacos with the 2 tortillas with rice, black beans, guac, etc. Good amount of food for a little over $7.00. The salsa here is pretty good too. When they're open inside again they have an unlimited condiment bar with different salsas, pico, japs, sauces, etc. Would recommend if you're getting bored of Taco Bell. Best fast food Tex Mex spot I reckon.
