Gaskins - Germantown

Here's the little gem. Make sure you get there early, but not a minute before they open? The vibes were amazing and the decor was impeccable. Wine choices were also very good and staff very pleasant. If you are in the area, visit this place.

GM welcomed us like friends, gave us an excellent table and thanked us on the way when dinner was over. Our server was smart, cool and poured strong when we refill our sparkling wine. We loved the taste and presentation of the Ochsauce cocktail, Mac and cheese and baked cheese. The shells were fresh and perfectly prepared. So glad we finally had to experience Gaskins after we heard so many great things! Great crowd.

Loved this charming place. The best service everyone was super friendly. The food was very good. Had the burger, Mac and cheese, big green salad and a whole fish. Nice ambience too. Will definitely be back.

The place was almost full of happy girls, we sat at the bar. Loren was our bartender and the entire staff helped each other. We shared two appetizers and two entrées. Everything was great. They were very busy, but we never felt hurried. We cannot wait to eat here again and hope to enjoy more of Loren's experienced cocktails. One last thing. In the menu it becomes clear that you will be charged a service fee. In principle, the tip is already added. If you give extra, it will be shared with the entire staff. We were all right, as everyone flew their farms to give a great experience.

Full disclosure: I am a regular at Gaskins because food, staff, is always beyond amazing. It is my happy place. What prompted me to write this review is that this restaurant, fabulous to begin with, just keeps getting better and better. I am constantly blown away by the unique flavors ,preparation of dishes and seasonal creativity while still maintaining a beautiful farm fresh down to earth feel. Thank you Gaskins!
