Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Germantown

Do not order online. Your food will sit outside while you wait to go through the drive thru for pickup. Our food was cold and when I asked for food that didn't look, I said no. When I asked for my money back, I was told no. Then close the window and lock it. Bad service I've ever experienced. If you don't offer pick-up, why do you pull the food if the customer isn't there?

I've been trying to get food from here in the last two weeks. When I first tried, I searched 6 chicken sandwiches (3 original and 3 spicy). Just say they only have a sandwich left. Then I'll move into the box for the second time and don't greet me. After about 5 minutes I say hello only to welcome with a can you hold on a moment. So I ran away. If they had greeted me and just said that I would be with you, I would have been happy to wait for them. I'm trying to give this place a chance. If I had got zero stars, I can't.

The lady in the window was too busy SMS on her phone to take care of our order. I'm coming back to the hotel, county rd Germantown, Wisconsin. I don't discover any utensils, no straws, the order is wrong. I hope her conversation on the phone didn't get too disturbed by me trying to buy food from KFC. Oh, by the way, the manager had no problem because she was on the phone.

The manager Loraine and all employees are unprofessional and unprofessional. I ordered a 12-piece bucket meal and got only 8 pieces. I even paid extra to replace the chicken breast for wings or thighs. The side parts were also very small. Will never order food from here again.
