I will always recommend this place! The service is excellent every time, and the restaurant is always clean. The portions are fantastic! If you encounter any issues, just ask for William—he's the one to talk to!

If you're looking to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, this restaurant comes highly recommended. The establishment is both clean and aesthetically pleasing.

However, there are two reasons I can't give it a full five stars. Every time we've visited this location to place an order, we've encountered the same frustrating issue. When we request an extra spoonful of a topping (like crumbled feta), the staff visibly shows annoyance at our requests. On our visit today for dinner, I encountered this behavior again. I love the pickled onions and wanted three spoonfuls of them. When I asked the staff member, I felt ignored and had to repeat my request. Once again, I saw that familiar annoyance. I also asked for an extra side of dressing because one is never enough, and that request was met with the same unwelcoming attitude. The staff member started to avoid eye contact and looked everywhere but at us while responding. If there are additional charges for the toppings and dressings, I’m more than willing to pay. We always ask for extra pita bread and are fine with the extra fee. I've noticed this same unacceptable behavior towards other customers both in front of and behind me. This attitude has made me consider other dining options nearby when I want Mezeh. I hope this behavior is addressed soon, and that the staff receives better training to ensure that patrons feel welcomed, rather than deterred from returning.

I feel their quality has dropped since I first went here in March 2021 and the prices have increased. I ordered from mezeh Germantown quite a bit in early 2021 and loved the food, but from mid to late 2021, it?s been downhill. I ordered in November 2021 and gave it a break until August 2022. The food and service is now officially terrible. I complained to Mezeh through email and they kindly offered a $11.35 credit which I appreciate. However, when I went there again in August to redeem my credit, the employee putting together the food and ringing me up at the cash register was rude to my family and I. She didn?t know I had credit until I told her at the checkout so that couldn?t have been it. I think it may just be this location as the employee rolled her eyes and scoffed during the process of putting my order together as my family member was having a hard time understanding the employee. And to add to all that, my credit was not applied to my order (the employee didn?t tell me it didn?t apply either. It?s my fault for not noticing until I left the store) so I have to go back there to try to redeem it again.

The manager here is amazing. He completely saved me, helped me put in an order for a last minute work event. And, he made my efforts look (and taste) good. Thank graciousness because more than half the group is vegetarian/vegan/has dietary restrictions.
