Milano's Pizza - Germantown

The fantastic specials keep me returning to this restaurant. I especially love visiting on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I went in to pick up my order and slipped as soon as I walked through the door because of the rain and wet floor. The two teenage girls at the front desk just laughed. They seemed too afraid to go get the manager, who finally came out and said, "I’m sorry, are you okay?" I replied that I wasn't. He then turned around and walked back into the kitchen without offering any further assistance. I slipped again while trying to leave and ended up hopping to my car. They did nothing; they didn't even check on my order or offer help. Their behavior was rude and inconsiderate toward customers. I will NEVER return.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. The staff was disrespectful and rude when I called. To make matters worse, I found hair in my pizza, which was even sticking to the box. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked, and the marinara sauce was cold. Overall, I would not recommend this place to eat at all.

Ordered two pizzas and a salad. When the delivery person came, they only delivered two pizzas. I told the delivery guy that I was missing a salad, he walked away and didn?t care. I called Milano?s back and the lady refused to give me a refund for the salad even though I never got a salad. How is that okay to do? I?m disappointed. I really liked this place too.

The best pizza in the area. Perfect dough and sauce. Good selection of toppings. Their Monday special beats any deal from the chain restaurants. Customer service is friendly even when they're super busy. I haven't really tried their pasta , but the appetizers are good.
