Rio Grande Grill - Germantown

Ro Grande was recommended by a friend and this is our second visit. The food is so fresh with layers of flavor with portion size just right. I had the beef burrito which was so moist and many subtle flavors that complement the chili sauce and pico and guacamole and not heavy on the cheese like so many places. This rates as a hidden gem!!

The Masitas de Puerco or in English, pork chunks were delicious, very tender, and juicy. They were not deep fried, which made me happy as I hadn't tried the Masitas this way before. They were seasoned just right, Fork tender and served with black beans, rice, and plantains. The portion is very generous and had to take the rest of dinner to go. My friend had the Lomo Saltado and said it was delicious, I looked over at the plate, and it was pretty empty, so I'm taking their word for it, lol. Churros was our dessert, and it did not disappoint. The chocolate served with it was more than enough for both of us to share. The staff was awesome, and some were joking around with us. They had the right amount of checking in to see if we needed more water or anything else, and that was with all the staff, not just our server. Overall, it was a nice place with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back here again to try other things on the menu and possibly happy hour. Cheers!

Our dinner here was so good. Came with mom and grandma for my bday. Exactly what we were looking for! Great food, AND great service! Highly recommend! Will be back

We love coming here for brunch on the weekends! Great food and drinks, plus excellent service. They are very family friendly and we look forward to spending time there. Highly recommend!
