Starbucks - Germantown

The red-haired barista cashier was not very friendly. She seemed more focused on her own tasks than on taking customer orders. It was necessary to wait until she was finished with her own work before being able to place an order. Additionally, I was not greeted upon entering the restaurant.

Starbucks is an excellent spot for individuals to enjoy a variety of coffee options.

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks location. My drink was delicious and prepared quickly, the store was clean, and the customer service was top-notch (they even remade my drink when I gave them the wrong order). The WiFi worked well, and I was impressed that the store was open on holidays like Christmas and New Year's Day, unlike many other Starbucks locations. This store tends to be busy as it serves as a popular gathering spot for many people in Germantown, where there isn't much else going on. If you prefer to avoid waiting in line, I recommend ordering ahead. Additionally, there are outdoor tables available if you prefer to sit outside.

This location is so-so. Not a lot of seating. The staff is not rude but clearly have better things to do than take your order. My mocha on the weak side.
