Starbucks - Germantown

The staff is always friendly and smiling. I was with friends celebrating a birthday with a cup of coffee.

The coworkers at this restaurant were some of the nicest and most efficient I have ever encountered! All the staff working the morning shift on March 2nd were extremely friendly when I walked in. Overall, good service and good coffee.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the restaurant it was closed. Instead of informing me politely, the staff gave me rude looks. I had to discover the closure by returning to my car in the cold. I am extremely disappointed and will be warning my friends not to return to this establishment.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service, ALL THE TIME!My husband and I visit this location often. The staff have ways been super friendly and welcoming. This recent trip stuck-out to me.We visited late yesterday evening and was helped by Angelina. She was super friendly and welcoming, and delivered exceptional service! As much as well love the drinks, we return to this location because of their amazing staff.
