Per my taste, I did not like the soups. In the main course, teriyaki chicken was good but the fried rice that came along with, was not to my liking. Again, it’s a personal choice and not the restaurant’s fault. Overall, a decent place for dine-in with friends and family. There are a lot of options for vegetarians.Food: 3/5
Love the food here but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with a to go order. On 6/25 he I ordered $100 worth of takeout food. When we got to our destinations (which was over 30 minutes away) the lemongrass chicken was spilled in the bag And my chicken red curry was missing. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund because I did not want to pay for an item I did not receive. she said that she would need to check with a manager and call me back. I never received the call back , I have called a second time and asked for a refund and was told in that a manager would get back with me.
The restaurant is a little slow when you're dining in, but honestly it's worth the wait. The food is very tasty and fresh and can be a nice treat when I have some extra cash. The menu isn't cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for, and in this case it's worth the price. I usually get takeaway and it takes no more than 30 minutes for my food to be ready, so it's a pretty reliable timeline. The servers and hostesses are always polite.
Clearly this place is run very poorly. We arrived to dine in on a Sunday at 5:30. Our server was a teenager that seemed like he had 5 maybe 10 minutes of training. I dont fault him at all. There were only 2 other tables seated (bad sign). We ordered miso soup, ginger salad and a few sushi rolls and an appetizer Kan something (crab with avocado). The appetizer came out on a plate swimming in a watery sauce. Out server didn 't offer us any plates. I had to ask. When he brought out the sushi on one big plate... he asked.... Would you like plates and a ramekin? Haha. Kind of expected right? The ginger salad and miso was fine. The sushi rolls were the Rock and Roll, Dynamite and Spider. (The spider was described as having soft shell crab in it... it only had a tiny piece of immitation Krab surrounded by a fried batter). I cannot emphasize how poor the quality was. Our drinks were empty, as our server chatted with the other servers about something on their phones. Save yourself a lot of time and money. Don 't go here.
