Food was good but was super slow. Waited at speaker for atleast 5min and atleast 20mins all

This is Delivery order. Order was completely messed. Delivery person told me coffee maker was down so no drink. I ordered Breakfast Baconator combo Bacon, Egg Swiss Croissant with a coffee. What I received is 5 Sausage biscuits and no coffee. No call from Wendy's about the coffee or replacement drink.
