Kfc - GETTYSBURG

Only car in drive thru, waited half an hour so went in and they said the order was never placedHella mid chkn aswell

Ordered 2 meals with coleslaw and gravy. Got 2 meals without the included fries, no gravy but mashed potatoes in gravy. Had to ask twice for the fries and got them when we finished the rest of the meal. Asked for the gravy and never got it. The mashed patatoes stayed on the counter the whole time and no employee did anything about it. We never got the gravy. At least, the chicken was good.

What's the deal the chicken sucks after 1pm when I get it through Doordash. Does the owner or managers not check the quality of the food anymore?? Terrible fried chicken!

Went here 8pm on a Friday in the drive thru. Ordered a 8 piece chicken tender basket. They told us they would have to cook some. Waited 20 minutes. When we got it there were only 7 pieces and they were SMALL- more like chicken fingers not tenders. They huffed and said they had to cook another one. Waited another 10 minutes. We also ordered 2 of the “Two chicken littles” meals but only the sandwiches. They charged us for 2 (4 sandwiches) but only gave us 2 sandwiches claiming that the computer said “sandwich (singular) only”. Staff continued to argue with us about it so we just gave up. Our sides were barely filled halfway. This is the 3rd time we have gone here and the portions have been ridiculously small and it will be our last. This place is in dire need of leadership.

I was passing through and decided to have 3 pcs chicken for dinner at KFC despite the neg reviews. It's been a while since I had some good original KFC but, the fried chicken here was perfectly cooked. RILEY(mgr) and CHRIS(cashier) went above and beyond to serve my order. They need to be recognized for their hard work and dedication!!!
