Poor customer service and they refused to give a courtesy cup of water.

They have daily deals, the ladies behind the cash register are always helpful

I order from here at least twice a week. My son went to order at 745. They told him they don't take cash...by the time hecane and got my card and went back it was about 752pm. They said they have now closed their register. I approached the manager and she shrugged me off...offering no explanation. I know it was because they wanted to leave but if you close at 8pm,then orders should be taken up until that time. But to give him the run around because you wanted to leave. The food court and the mall were still somewhat busy. The guy cleaning up thought it was funny. It's ok there are other places to go that value customers and their time..as well as service.

Opens at 10:30am, not 10am as advertised on Google. Wasted my time walking through the mall and waiting a few minutes before opening just to get a Cinnabon, and then not being able to get it because I wasn't going to wait another half hour.

Rude lady with bad attitude refused to give me the fresh ones when I asked about the one they had it as display she told me since in the morning. It was 9.30 pm. With my own money, I buy whatever I want to eat. Disappointed
