Appreciate that I can show up here at 1 AM and they will have a decent variety of food available in their hot case.

For the truck stop part of this place I don’t intend to do business with them since they were bought out by maverik. They want truckers money/business but have actively gotten rid of truckers amenities. They have showers but are getting rid of them. They no longer do cash advances when fueling. Plus their diesel is higher now than I can get it other places. So no I won’t do business with a company that so obviously has no respect for the drivers that make their business.

Heads up to anyone planning to stop here for a shower: showers are no longer available as of 8/15/23.

Truck friendly staff I parked blocking there delivery door the the manager knocked at my door asking me to move very responsibly he even walked around to find a spot for me what he did is very kind

I 've been a Kum Go customer since 2012 in many states. Never had a bad experience or an experience that wasn 't terrible. I am giving this review today because the cashier Bubbles at the truck stop location in Springfield, Mo., off of Kearney and US 65 is extremely unprofessional. He didn 't greet me. He was texting on his phone during the transaction. He didn 't respond when I said thank you and asked for a bag. He looked as if he was stoned. That 's fine on your own time but, dang, trying to pay for my stuff.
