Pizza Hut In Spr - gfield

I ordered a pizza, paid for it, and received it. This may not have been the life-changing experience that marketing departments often hype up, but that's not what I was expecting when all I wanted was pizza.

Yesterday, my husband ordered two large pizzas from this location and they sent one of them incorrectly (this is not the first time this has happened with Pizza Hut). He called to explain that one of the pizzas was wrong and we were not willing to eat it. They promised to send the correct pizza in 30 minutes, but after waiting for 40 minutes it never arrived. My husband had to go to the store and found out that the pizza was ready but there were no drivers available to deliver it. We ended up having to pick up the cold pizza ourselves after waiting over an hour for dinner. The terrible service and disappointing experience cost us $62. After reading other reviews, we will think twice before ordering from Pizza Hut again. I would give them a zero if I could.
