Christina at the drive through, was very condescending when we got to the window. She was very quick to let us know that she was going to be wasting product to make our drink. When she finished making the drink, she tried to guilt trip us and told us rudely to rethink our order so Starbucks doesn't waste money on our drink. Why does that matter? Just give us the drink we ordered and let us go about our day. We didn't need to be treated so unprofessional.
Worst customer experience. Don't stop at this location if you are in hurry.
I wrote a review once before and took it down because it got better but it’s back to them making my drinks wrong every time I visit. I hate complaining but This Starbucks is awful, I wish there were more than just this location. I think they wouldn’t mess up so many orders if they would read the order back … if I ask for no whip cream and you just wipe it off and top it with milk that’s still not right. If I’m paying for an almost $10 cup of coffee it should be made right without an attitude given to the customer when it’s asked to be remade.
Nice stop to grab a caffinated drink and catch up on office work while traveling.
