The Pindi - Ghāziābād

It was one of the worst dining experience, The staff was so rude and unprofessional. When I asked them for complain book they gave writing pad with one page in it, when I asked them to call the manager they said he was on off. So shocked to see such a brand behaving customers like that. My mother is follower of guruji and does not eat onion, so we order one dish for her. When it arrived they said it is without onion and garlic, but when my mom had it there were chunks of onion in it. the waiter was like you must have put onion from another dish, it was so embrassaing. worst customer interection ever

We recently celebrated a birthday at this restaurant. The atmosphere was lacking, with dirty dishes and broken furniture. The food was inconsistent, with decent starters but very poor main dishes. The service was also disappointing.

We went for family dinner. The service was poor, the breads were pathetic. For left over food when we asked for packing they charged extra.. in near by restaurants no extra charges are applied on packaging of leftover meals. When we asked for owner's number the manager refused to share the number.. please beware if you have plans to go to such a restaurant.. We shared our genuine feedback but no correspondence was made with us even after such an unsatisfactory service.

Situated on the main road near Hint Chowk in RDC this is like a perfect fine dinning restaurant. It offers North Indian food with Punjabi delicacies & Chinese. From Soups to Appetizers to Starters to main Course the variety is immense & food is succulent. In non veg section they have various options in chicken, mutton & fish whereas in veg section also they have plenty to offer. Service is good & head chef also comes out to meet the guests & ask for food taste. Ambiance is interesting & one feels like enjoying food! The only glitch is that in several of the items the portion looks inadequate which could be looked upon for perfect experience.
