This restaurant used to be fantastic, but now it is expensive for bland food and indifferent service. A $16 roast beef sandwich is more like half a sandwich and not worth it.
We met with friends who we didn't see here forever on Sunday morning. we spent the biggest part of the day in this place, a great time.
The Bartlett House is a hidden treasure in the Hudson Valley/Albany Plains area! This beautiful train house has been transformed into a bakery/coffee house serving up delightful baguettes, baked goods, milkshakes, and more. While it may be a bit pricey, the quality of the food and the friendly service make it well worth it. Conveniently located not too far from Taconic, it's a perfect spot to stop and enjoy a delicious meal.
They have disappeared if they do not have bartlett houses pistachios. as much as I want to keep them all to myself, they are absolutely divine. her babka is also delicious, and I have her latte and chai is pretty good. the building is also beautiful and historical – who could ask for more?
