Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. The food was absolutely horrendous and not edible, chicken had been cooked and re-cooked it was so dry you could literally snap in half, food was completely tasteless just tasted of grease, everything cold and enough to make someone ill. Called the takeaway to reach a resolution and no staff were prepared to listen, defensive from the start, rude talking over me and refusing to listen, also laughing whilst I was talking. Refused to reach a resolution and suggested we waste police time by asking them to sort? Really! Hung up on us on more than one occassion, said they didn't mind losing a customer like us and that we had paid £35 for the experience. Honestly, take my advice and boycott this place, I don't know how these people can run a business with shocking food and even worse customer service. To make matters worse this is the first time we hsd ordered from here, what a fantastic way to treat customers and build a reputation. All authorities need to get out to this place ASAP before someone ends up seriously ill!!

If I could give zero I would. Absolutely disgusting. £35 I’ve just thrown in the bin. Cold and tasteless. Chicken in the fried rice was mushy. Meat in chow mein was dry and over cooked. Restaurant won’t answer the phone to take our complaint. *Update* They finally answered the phone , they hung up the phone the first time. We called back , now the woman on the other end of the phone just wants to shout at us. Not listening or communicating with us. No resolution given or even attempted. Environmental health need to attend this establishment. ASAP. I work in the same industry and the customer service is horrendous. All they have done is pass from one to another and then say the £35 we have paid isn’t for the food, we have paid for the ‘experience’ that’s what he said.. I’m sorry .. what?? Then telling us to ‘ring the police’ I’m sorry but they have much better things to do with their time than sort out issues with a Chinese.
Waited over 2 hours for it to taste disgusting. So disappointed
