Big Shot Bob's Wings - GIBSONIA

I placed an online order for pickup at this restaurant. When I arrived to pick up my order during their posted open hours, the doors were locked and nobody was there. I called and left a message, but received no response. I called again and left another message asking for my order to be canceled and not to be charged. The next day, a pending charge appeared on my card. A week later, I still have not received any response from anyone at the restaurant. I have not received my food, no one has contacted me, and they still took my money.

I absolutely love this place! Cash club is one of my favorite dishes on the menu.
