Starbucks Coffee - GIBSONIA

I’ve always enjoyed my visits to Starbucks. From my experience, the staff is consistently very friendly, creating a sense of personal connection. It’s impressive that they rarely run out of items, especially given today’s economic challenges. There’s a wonderful variety on the menu, along with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely give it five stars!

I ordered a caramel ice cream coffee, but it arrived without any cream. I might be at fault for not specifying, but I assumed that a drink called "ice cream coffee" would automatically include cream, especially since I had the same thing a few weeks ago and it came with cream without me having to ask. A little clarification on what to expect would be appreciated.

I consistently receive the correct order and always enjoy friendly service from the staff.

Good service and drinks. The only problem is that I asked twice about a certain way of making my drink and not yet done.

Quick service, even on a complicated drink order. Just watch out for that curb at the drive thru. Almost blew a tire on my rental car.
