I received a cold meatball sub, like refrigerated cold! I filed a complaint because I couldn’t eat it, one bite and I was disgusted. No one ever responded to the complaint. In addition, they close at 8:45 every night when they’re supposed to be open until 9. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to and I can guarantee I will never eat from any subway ever again. If these people don’t like their job then QUIT! Customer service in the last several years has been out of control. Too many lazy people working in SERVICE industries.
