Domino's Pizza - Giddings

I ordered pizza over the phone and the manager discussed how far I was still out of town so that he could time the pizza so that it was fresh out of the oven hot when we arrived. Also, it was great pizza- I was impressed!

The only thing consistent about this dominos is that they mess something up EVERY time. This time I ordered a pizza for delivery and only wanted cheese on HALF because my husband is lactose intolerant- they put cheese on the entire pizza. Took almost an hour for my order and I’m literally two minutes away from the store. They also didn’t put garlic butter on the crust like it’s supposed to have. The boneless wings were barely warm. It’s constantly a strike out with the Giddings dominos.

Ordered a pizza, sandwich, and cinnamon swirls at 1:45. Delivery said 12-25 mins. At 2:00 said it was being quality checked. I finally called at 2:35 and asked for update. Was told it would be delivered as soon as possible. I asked him for an update since it's been in quality check for 35 mins and he said it would be delivered in next 10 minutes. So it took over an hour and I had to call to actually get my food delivered. When food was delivered I was told by driver that my order was put into carry out so had I not called it wouldn't have been delivered. Thanks Aaron for being honest

Placed an order on a weeknight via the app, showed up 30 minutes later to pick up and the 2 employees were just sitting around chit chatting and had not started on the order, took then another 15 minutes to make it and both pizzas were made wrong. This is not the first time this has happened. It's happened in at least 2 other occasions and it's happened my my father in law as well so it seems to be a common problem and management doesn't seem to care.
