Starbucks - Giddings

I waited 30 minutes for my drink, only to receive it prepared incorrectly, and the pastries were still frozen in the center. This place needs to improve! Overall rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I visited this location yesterday and ordered three drinks along with a selection of pastries. Upon my arrival, a young woman questioned my disability and my use of the handicapped parking spot, despite having a disability sticker on my license plate. Unfortunately, my order took a long time to be prepared, and my chai latte had an unusual taste while the pastries were served cold. It’s disappointing that both the service time and order accuracy were lacking. As I was leaving, they sent someone to check my disabled parking permit. I strongly encourage Starbucks to train its staff to understand that disabilities are not always visible. As a proud veteran, I feel let down by how this situation was handled. Starbucks, I hope you can make improvements in this area.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited! A.J. is such a lovely person. She has a big, beautiful smile, and her voice is simply mesmerizing! As a talented barista, she crafted my drink so beautifully that I had to take a picture for my Instagram! A.J. has a fantastic personality and is really funny—she made all of us feel welcome and valued. I can't wait to come back every day just to see A.J.'s wonderful smile!

I drive a semi, and the sign on the door indicated that the dining area was closed, so I walked to the drive-thru. However, I was denied service. The employees were very rude. Thanks a lot, Starbucks.

I ordered two large white chocolate mochas with an extra shot of espresso. The first cup was bitter, so they made two more for us. We always get the extra shot of espresso, but this time it didn't taste like it had any impact. Usually, it gives us the boost we need, but this time it didn't deliver. I’ve never had this issue before. They mentioned using a new type of whipped cream, but that wasn't the problem. If they did include the extra shot of espresso, something went wrong because it didn't taste right and didn't provide the usual kick we expect.
