It looks like the White Box II replaced the Gold'n Crisp Fried Chicken restaurant that was previously here in 2019. If you watched The Texas Bucket List like myself don't be too disappointed that the restaurant has changed owner but there still great food to be had here. You can request spicy chicken for a extra dollar and it was worth the price.

Awesome food!!! Our favorite place to stop when heading to Austin.

The Hickory Smoke Burger tasted like a burger I could make. I don’t meant this in a bad way, I enjoyed it. It just didn’t change my life. The mashed potatoes are god awful though, instant mashed potatoes with NO seasoning. Not sure what to expect from the rest of their menu. Some things they do authentically and some they don’t so I’m hesitant. The staff is very friendly if you decide to eat inside.

The best burger, gizzards, and drumsticks....not many places no how to do gizzards well....THIS PLACE DO!!!!....def recommending this place
