The food - we had economical in various variations - was very delicious. the price level is also high, but appropriate. for 5 stars I lack the last ground, yet in gifhorn a recommendation.
If you are close, return a very friendly and attentive service. the house-adjusted, tasteful furnishings - we felt very comfortable in this ambiente. the food was incredibly good! tasty, tasty, super tasty.
The ratsweinkeller is the top address in gifhorn. it is located in a listed 16th century technical building, the former Rathaus in gifhorn. only the building is worth a visit. The owner and chef chef bosch is a king supp of them. I haven't got such soups in any restaurant. as well as the appetizers as the "appetizer variation" or the carpaccio from the cattle are a pleasure. everything is served so beautifully decorated that it is an eyewitness. the water is running together in the munde.The main dishes, many from the Swabian, are of best quality and the socks only ......!!! not to forget the cream brulée, unique!
